Brush Friday is live to the public from 8AM Thursday the 20th of November to 11.59PM Friday the 28th of November (AEST).
This is a once a year event and will not be extended.
To make it easier for you, we've automatically applied the 30% discount for you. There is no discount code required and no other Saint Jack discount code can be used in conjunction with this offer.
No. All standard discount codes have been deactivated for the Brush Friday promotion in place of our site wide 30% discount.
The 30% discount is already applied and you cannot stack codes (for example, you cannot stack the 'TIKTOK' code at checkout for a total 40% off)!
All regular discount codes will be reactivated Saturday November 29.

If your order has already been processed or shipped by our team, unfortunately we are unable to make changes.
Note: Saint Jack will not be held liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery where an incorrect delivery information has been supplied to us by our customer *or* where a customer has failed to collect their item from an Australia Post collection point once notified. Our Customer Service team will reach out when a parcel has been 'returned to sender' and the customer will be held liable for the additional postage costs to have this parcel delivered again.

Standard shipping is $9.95 Australia wide or FREE on all orders over $80 AUD
Express shipping is also available for $15 Australia wide.Â
For our Australian customers only, for the duration of our Brush Friday promotion (21/11-28/11), spend $200 or more and receive a FREE Express Shipping Upgrade.
New Zealand:Â
Standard shipping is $15NZD to New Zealand or FREE on all orders over $100NZD.Â
All Saint Jack parcels are sent with Australia Post, but may be transferred to local agents depending on your location.Â
As soon as your order is dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse, you will receive tracking information by email.
Saint Jack strongly recommends downloading the AusPost app to receive the most up to date tracking information about your parcel.

If you want to change or cancel your order, email hello@saintjack.com with your order details ASAP. We will try to help but if your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately can't make any changes or cancel. Â

Due to the nature of Saint Jack's products, we are unfortunately able to accept returns or exchanges. Under Australian Consumer Law, Saint Jack is not obligated to provide a refund for 'change of mind' on purchases.

Saint Jack is an independent, Australian beauty brand and we make makeup essentials for the makeup artist in everyone.
Saint Jack is named after our founder Beth's grandfather, Jack.
All Saint Jack formulas are developed and manufactured in Australia. We currently have chemists and labs in both Sydney and Melbourne.
We source some packaging and accessories internationally, working with suppliers that meet our strict ethical and sustainability standards.

USING 'BANG FOR YOUR BRUSH'
Yes, our current 'Bang for Your Brush' formula has added fragrance - our signature Saint Jack scent with notes of mandarin, tuberose and sandalwood. The formula also contains alcohol, which can contribute to an overall 'chemical' smell that some users find unpleasant.
Due to the nature of this product, we are unable to accept returns so recommend reconsidering your purchase if you are sensitive to fragrance.
When used correctly, your brushes will feel dry to the touch after using 'Bang for Your Brush'.
If your brushes feel wet after using the formula, it means there is still brush cleaning solution on your bristles. This is typically because:
(a) you have used too much formula or
(b) the brush bristles have not been 'worked through' thoroughly enough on the Brush Cleaning Towel, helping the formula lift the pigment from your bristles and transfer from brush to towel.
If you are experiencing this, we recommend continuing to 'work through' the formula by gently swiping the brush back and forth onto clean sections of the towel until the bristles feel dry to the touch. This may take a few minutes depending on how much formula has been put on the brush.
We recommend using the formula very sparingly and pouring an extremely shallow amount into the Brush Cleaning Tin for best results. Accordingly, after use, you ideally won't have much excess liquid in the tin as this will have been used on your brushes.
If you do have excess liquid in the tin after cleaning your brushes, DO NOT pour this liquid back into the 'Bang for Your Brush' liquid as it will contaminate your solution. Simply pour it down the drain or wipe clean with a tissue, then let air dry.
