Shipping & Returns
At this stage, Saint Jack is only available within Australia. We’ll keep hustling until we can get to our international friends, we promise!
Shipping costs will be calculated at check out. Some rural and regional areas may expect to pay more in shipping as these areas are harder for our road network to access.
We process and dispatch all orders in 1-2 business days, hustling Monday – Friday.
Within metropolitan areas, we expect your order to arrive 2-5 days after dispatch. For rural and regional areas, your order may take up to 7 days to arrive after it has been dispatched. Due to COVID-19 and subsequent delays with logistics, your order may take a little longer to get to you than usual.
Saint Jack has partnered with Couriers Please and Sendle to deliver your order.
You betcha. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll get an email with all the details, so you can track your order to your doorstep.
Sorry, but once your order is placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to it, with exception of address corrections where possible.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, Saint Jack is unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
Refunds or replacement products will be offered only in the event that a product is faulty. If you have received the incorrect product, or believe your product is damaged or faulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details and photos within 14 days of purchase. Please include your order confirmation number in the email so we can find your order easily and process your request as soon as possible.
