Where does Saint Jack ship to?

We ship within Australia and New Zealand, with plans to ship all over the world just around the corner. 

All Saint Jack parcels are carried with Australia Post or Couriers Please, and may be transferred to local agents depending on your location. 

How much does shipping cost?

Australia: 

Standard shipping is $8 Australia wide or FREE on all orders over $80AUD.
Express shipping is also available for $12 Australia wide.  

New Zealand: 

Standard shipping is $15NZD to New Zealand or FREE on all orders over $100NZD

 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

All orders will be shipped from our Melbourne warehouse in 1-2 business days, with the exclusion of any Victorian public holidays. 

During peak sale periods (including, but not limited to, Black Friday, Afterpay Day and Boxing Day), please allow an additional 5 business days for your order to be dispatched. Third party providers, such as Australia Post, may also experience delivery delays during these peak shipping periods, which are beyond our control.

 

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll get an email with your tracking number so you can watch your parcel every step of the way. Your order will be shipped with Australia Post, so we highly recommend downloaded the AusPost app for the most up to date tracking information direct to your device. 

Note: Saint Jack will not be held liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery where an incorrect address has been supplied to us by our customer *or* where a customer has failed to collect their item from an Australia Post collection point once notified. Our Customer Service team will reach out when a parcel has been 'returned to sender' and the customer will be held liable for the additional postage costs to have this parcel delivered again.

 

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order, email hello@saintjack.com with your order details ASAP. We will try to help but if your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately can't make any changes or cancel.  

Note: Saint Jack is not liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery where an incorrect address has been supplied to us by our customer. The customer will be held liable for the additional postage costs for any parcel that was returned to us as a result of incorrect address supplied at the time of ordering.  

Can I get a refund?  

Due to the nature of Saint Jack's products, we are unfortunately able to accept returns or exchanges. Under Australian Consumer Law, Saint Jack is not obligated to provide a refund for 'change of mind' on purchases.

If there are any major or minor problems with your order, you may be entitled to a partial refund, full refund or replacement. If there are any issues with your order, please email us at hello@saintjack.com.au with your order number and our customer service team will get back to you ASAP.
